We are are small and friendly community composed of block homes, single and double wide mobile homes, lots, and a 40 slip RV park. Visitors and residents alike come and stay for the pleasant atmosphere, lush nature, and the exciting attractions.

We are located in the central part of the state with direct access to Lake Istokpoga, a 26,762 acre freshwater body of water & the fifth biggest lake in Florida.

For travelers looking to venture out, keep in mind we are just a day trip away from the Gulf Coast as well as the Atlantic Ocean. Disney, Epcot, Sea World, and other world renowned attractions are a comfortable driving distance away!

For those looking to stay closer to home, Sebring has plenty of unique opportunities as well, including the Sebring International Raceway and the 12 Hours of Sebring, the country’s oldest auto race. Enjoy local fields of orange groves, 1000 year old oaks, bald cypress, abundant wildlife. swamps, and tropical forests full of elephant ears, banana trees, and palms. Like water sports? Our plentiful lakes offer fishing, boating, kayaking and more!

 

Shopping options are abound. Peruse quaint boutiques, whimsical and quirky antique shops, Bealls's Outlets, and the Lakeshore Mall with four department stores. We also have a variety of go-to favorites restaurants, a movie theater, and around 45 specialty shops.
