The Palms Estates has up to 40 RV slips available for stays of anything from overnight to all year round!

RV Site rates include water, sewer, trash pick up, recycling pick up, lawn service, and access to all facilities including:

• 30 to 50 amp electrical service

• Two Men's Bath Houses

• Two Women's Bath Houses

• 4 Washers and 4 Dryers

• Enclosed and Heated Outdoor Pool

• Free Fresh Citrus from the Park's own Groves

• Hobby House with Television, Gaming Tables, and Exercise Equipment

• Workshop with woodworking and crafting tools

• Fellowship Hall with kitchen, dining facilities, and recreational area

• Library

• Bicycles free for use on first come first serve basis

• Outdoor Shuffleboard Court

• Pickle ball court

• Convenient Lake Access

• Planned Activities including : Movie Nights, Swimming and Exercise Classes, Music Nights, Square and Line Dancing, Community Meals and Potlucks, Book Club, Game Nights, Coffee Hour, Picnics and Holiday Parties and Festivals 

     RV Residents staying 1 month or more are responsible for monthly electric bills.
